By accessing and using the QuranBD app and website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use our service.
QuranBD provides users with access to a rich collection of resources, including Quran text, translations, audio recitations, and related Islamic content. Our website offers optional user accounts for syncing and personalizing data, whereas our mobile application operates entirely without a login feature, storing all personal data locally on your device. You understand and agree that the service is provided "AS-IS" and that QuranBD assumes no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, mis-delivery, or failure to store any user communications or personalization settings.
You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, impairs or renders the service less efficient. You are entirely responsible for the content of, and any harm resulting from, any Content that you post to the service.
The translations, recitations, and other content provided in the app are subject to the respective copyrights of their authors and publishers. The app interface, design, and code are the property of QuranBD. You may not modify, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale of, create derivative works from, or in any way exploit, any of the content, in whole or in part.
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. QuranBD expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. QuranBD makes no warranty that (i) the service will meet your requirements, (ii) the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or (iii) the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable.
You expressly understand and agree that QuranBD shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses resulting from the use or the inability to use the service.
QuranBD reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which QuranBD operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
